    Program Description

    OurPBX LLC provides an SMS notification service for customer care and support. Users who opt-in can receive account alerts, billing reminders, service notifications, and support ticket updates directly to their mobile devices.

    Sample Messages

    Example Support Notification:

    "OurPBX: Hello! We received your request for support regarding your hosted PBX. A technician will assist you shortly. Reply STOP to opt-out, HELP for help."

    Opt-In Method

    You can opt-in to this service by selecting the SMS consent checkbox on our Contact Form or by updating your communication preferences in your account dashboard.

    Message Frequency

    Message frequency may vary based on your account activity and support interactions. You will generally receive messages only when there is a relevant update to your service or a response to your inquiry.

    Cost and Rates

    Message and data rates may apply. Please refer to your mobile carrier's plan for specific details on SMS and data charges.

    Opt-Out Instructions

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

    Carrier Liability

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Privacy & No-Sharing

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
