    1. SMS Opt-In

    By providing your mobile phone number and submitting our web forms, you explicitly consent to receive service-related SMS (text) messages from OurPBX. These messages may include, but are not limited to, account notifications, support ticket alerts, service updates, and maintenance announcements.

    Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase for any goods or services.

    2. SMS Keywords (STOP & HELP)

    We provide easy methods for you to manage your SMS preferences:

    • Unsubscribe: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
    • Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@ourpbx.com or +1 707 633 0123.

    3. Disclosures

    • Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
    • Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with our support team.
    • Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    4. SMS Privacy Policy (No-Sharing Clause)

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
